I like a blend of Lavender, Peppermint & Eucalyptus EO's (1:1:1) for this purpose, in soap, linen or room sprays, & balms .. My little one uses the later two every night & it helps him breathe easier & sleep soundly .. It's also the blend that helps my migraines when used in an oil burner
