Has anyone tried using a progresso bread crumb container for a round mold? It is almost 3 1/4 inches around, which would make a nice bar. It also has a waxy interior like waxed paper. I think it may make a great mold, but not sure if it could be used more than once.

I have not tried this, but it would probably work great! If you do this, please let us know.

When I first started soaping many moons ago, I used to use pringles cans. They only held up for one soaping, but they did work Smile So I would think that you could use the bread crumbs can too.

I don't know if they still make these anymore. But quite a long time ago, I used to buy Torengo's chips. they came in plastic, triangle shaped tubes. I cut the ends off the tubes, and used them as molds too. They made fun triangle shaped soaps :-)

Looking forward to hearing how your Progresso "molds" work.
