Do you offer coupons or incentives to your customers?

I send coupons and a referral program offer to all of my customers. I wondered if anyone else does this? My coupon is for 15% off next order, to be used only once. My referal program is for every customer they refer to me and they buy I send them a free bar of soap. What do you all do?

I've been doing a weekly raffle for a bar of soap. A referral program and discount are great ideas!!!

Yep, I send them their invoice with the ordering info and a thank you. I include a coupon on the bottom with a coupon number they need to use. That way I can keep track of them.......cause they can only be used once.
I also let them know about the incentive program, I let them know to make sure the customer tells me they were referred and by whom. It works like a charm!
