Murphy's Law at it's finest .LOL

In 2 years of making soap, I have never seen or met another soap maker. SO at my first market this woman walks in and starts saying how fabulous my soap looks etc, picks one up and says "oh it isn't natural, you use FO's. I say what is "natural" she says oh my soap is I have been making it for 10 years I sell thousands of bars monthly, I make 600 bars at a time, my curing rack holds 2,500 bars and mine is "natural" I use EO's.. Alrighty then, she was coming to the market to talk to the manager about selling there, oh to bad so sad thought I, I told her I had started that day and was coming back every Wednesday, to bad there wasn't room for two of us , she stayed about 45 minutes and was a loud mouth shnook. She actually told me she was going to have her product at the airport , no your not honey I have been working with the manager of the shop for a year now ( she has some health issues so we haven't been able to finalize it yet, but we will.) The soap maker says , oh okay I will let you have the airport !!! ( oh brother)..
She sells at the big market here wed and Sat and wants out, to bad, I read their web info and decided then and there I would never sell there.They want her to wrap her soap, she doesn't have time for that.
In spite of her I had a fabulous day.

Wow...how does she make 600 bars at a time!!! How in the world did she have time to talk to you for 45 minutes if she is that busy, and why is she wanting to sell there, if she is selling so much somewhere else? Do you think she is embellishing?

What you posted is exactly what i thought after she left, dh was there with me and we just shook our heads and said thank goodness I started the market when I did. ( someone is watching out for me)..

OMG, some people are the authority on absolutely everything. LOL......you must have been giggling like a school girl inside the whole time she was spouting off. Someone is looking out for you! The Soap God's!
